eVision Systems GmbH announces the spin-off of the measurement, testing and programming technology area including the eVision Webshops. The spin-off and renaming of this area has been in effect since February 1, 2025 under the name T&M eVision Instruments GmbH.
eVision Systems GmbH will continue to exist as your central point of contact for FPGA, HDL verification and simulation. This includes, among others, the following brands: Aldec, Sigasi, Aivion, Agnisys.

Spin-off & Supplier Agreements
The spin-off includes the eVision Webshop and the associated distribution agreements with the following suppliers:
Acute, Atten, Binho, CSS Electronics, Dediprog, Elprotronic, Hopetech, Micsig, Passmark, Prodigy Technovations, Saleae, Sensepeek, Siglent, Total Phase, and Xeltek.
All existing obligations (such as support, warranty, and maintenance claims), particularly those related to purchase agreements concerning brands mentioned above, will be fully assumed by T&M eVision Instruments GmbH.
Through our specialization in measurement, test, and programming technology, we provide targeted support for your metrological requirements, assist in implementing quality assurance measures through the integration of suitable devices into your projects or designs, and offer the right tools to meet your programming requirements.
The eVision Systems GmbH will continue to serve as your primary point of contact for FPGA, HDL verification, and simulation topics. Including the following Brands: Aldec, Sigasi, Aivion, Agnisys
